If you are looking for the Big Mountain feel there is no better place to find it at Squaw then in Silverado. With huge rock faces and large open terrain, Silverado is a world unto itself. Powder tends to stay here longer thanks to its huge terrain and slow triple chair out.

On powder days Silverado is usually the last part of the hill to open. Once people in the know hear of of a Silverado opening they rush over to line up at one of the eight gates to get the second round of fresh powder turns.
