It looks like the cold is keeping most of the weekend traffic out of the valley. The parking lot is less then a 1/4 full and there is very little foot traffic in the village. With the cold temps and the lack of people on the hill the groomers should be the best bet for today. Most of the off piste terrain is going to be firm and unforgiving. So bring out your carvers, put on a extra layer and come out and enjoy the brisk winter chill.

Update- 11:00 - The Sun is out and the skiers have arrived. It has warmed up a bit (high teens) but with very little wind its not so bad.

Update - 1:25 - Sunny, Warm and Fun! Off trail is softening up on the sunny exposures but most of the terrain is still a little firm. The groomers are nice and fun today. Soft and smooth but not very fast.
