Daily Report - Saturday, 20 Jan ‘07

January 20th, 2007 · No Comments

Another sunny beautiful day here at Squaw Valley. The east winds have died down a bit which is making it feel warmer than it has over the pass few days. It’s Saturday so I’m sure the slopes are going to be seeing more traffic. To make the most of today try and find your own little area. Most of the skiers are going to be at Shirley and Gold Cost so do some exploring and see what you can find. You will have a lot more fun they skiing down Run 1 at Shirley and feeling like you are in the middle of Running of the Bulls. Chute 75 has been good, as well as, some of the Runs of Oly Lady.

Update - Noon - It has been mostly cloudy this morning with a lot of traffic. people + lift lines = madness on the slopes . Added to this, there are a number of events going down today, masters racing, a freestyle event, and HOT DOG 25th! See you at the party.
