Daily Report - Sunday, 21 Jan ‘07

January 21st, 2007 · No Comments

The east winds are blowing hard today which is effecting lift ops as well as giving a good chill to the air. You can get out of the wind by heading to Shirley where the groomers are in nice shape. A bump line has formed in Shirley bowl, giving an alternative to high speed groomers. Granite Chief and Siberia Express are on wind hold. Headwall and Squaw One are running today. ( Squaw One must be the most neglected high speed Quad in North America and it sits right next to KT-22 the most exciting Quad in North America. Squaw pleas run Squaw One more often, it’s so much nicer then riding up the funitel.)
No snow in the forecast but we should be getting at lest another 200 inches of snow this season. It’s just a matter of time. So think snow!
