Not much has changed over the pass 24 hours. The sun is shining, the winds are low and the mountain is empty. Really there is no one here! The skiing in Shirley remains the most consistent but I found some really nice sections of Red Dog. Anything that is not groomed at night stays quite firm. The Sun is softening up some spots but all and all its 80% groomers for now. If you head off trail plan on some firm unforgiving conditions and with no snow on the way, the natives are getting restless. The hill is covered from top to bottom but the off trail skiing is just not there. A few inches would help a whole ton but until then sit tight and rock some skis that like to turn.
See You on the Hill.
