Ethica enviro-wax is both a division and a line of products owned and manufactured by Hillbilly Wax-Works in British Columbia, Canada.
Ethica’s mission is to manufacture and increase awareness of environmentally friendly alternatives to increasingly unsustainable and toxin laden ski wax presently sold on the market. To do this, ethica depends on interested media agencies, environmental groups/non-governmental organizations, ski industry contacts, and supporters to bring its ethically and environmentally motivated message to a wider audience.
We have developed an ever-expanding network to bring issues such as watershed pollution, worker safety, and corporate malfeasance to a wider audience. By steering interested visitors towards some of these groups and/or independent publications, we hope to foster dialogue pertinent to environmental concerns in the winter sports community.
