In 2007 Chris Davenport becomes the first person to ski all fifty-four 14,000 ft. peaks in Colorado in a single calendar year.

Squaw Valley local Dave Greenleaf has set a similar goal for himself for the upcoming season. Dave will be attempting to skiing all the peaks in the Tahoe basin. Dave, Director of Operations for the Village At Squaw Valley, is not new to setting high goals for himself. Last season Dave skied everyday Squaw Valley was open. Thats 157 consecutive days! Dave has agreed to keep the unofficial community up to date with his adventure to ski all the peaks in the Tahoe Basin through a weekly report.
