If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or to Patagonia for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

About two weeks ago I brought my beloved Patagonia jacket into the Patagonia outlet store in Reno. After trips to three different continents, 400+ ski days and countless wild nights my jacket had finally broken down. The main zipper had become broken. I brought the jacket in to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately they could not, but what Patagonia did do was overnight a brand new jacket to me for no cost! Thanks Patagonia you rock.
